The new owners of what has been known as Bresse Tower have said they hope to have a casino in the tower. Chris and Jeri Collins hope the casino is part of an entertainment center in what is now called Colllins Tower. They are speaking to the county board about purchasing the Annex building which is connected to the tower.
The city of Danville has received an initial plan from the Collins about protecting the exterior of the tower.
