The Vermilion Regional Airport has a new manager. The airport authority board has appointed Mike Vandeboncoeur, who had been serving as interim manager since airport manager Mike Potter resigned in June.
The new airport manager has been the Fixed Base Operator at the airport for over 20 years.
Potter resigned after an executive session with the board last month. Details of his leaving have not been made public. The airport board this week voted to approve a separation agreement with Potter that provides him with two months’ pay. Potter has 21 days to review the agreement.
