Danville police have made arrests related to the burglary that occurred at the Habitat for Humanity building. Director of Public Safety Larry Thomason said that some community individuals told police to look out for several suspects in the theft. At about midnight a patrol officer made a traffic stop for a vehicle violation and discovered the two suspects related to the information in the vehicle. The vehicle was found to have a large amount of tools believed to be from the Habitat for Humanity store. Three persons were taken into custody and charged preliminarily with Possession of Stolen Property and Criminal Trespass. Those persons arrested were 36 year old Damyen McGrown, 31 year old Zachary Holt, and 29 year old Natosha Perhay. All three are from Danville. Thomason said that detectives believe the majority of the stolen tools from Habitat were recovered. Police continue their investigation into the incident.
